Law Society Accredited: Sam Elsby has been on the Law Society's specialist Personal Injury Panel since its inception nearly 20 years ago. Panel membership is only awarded to solicitors who pass regular rigorous tests of legal knowledge; speed of case progression and both office and file management systems.

In January 2015 our offices were visited by the Court of Protection for an Assurance Visit. The Court of Protection visitor did not indentify any issues with our cases, or the way that we worked, and the Office of the Public Guardian advised that the visitor "fed back positively on your overall management of your clients' cases".

Sam Elsby has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) since 1991. He was the South East Regional Co-ordinator of APIL for 9 years and has been a regular speaker at the annual conference and at numerous meetings and seminars. With his involvement with training and education he was made a Fellow of APIL in 2009.
